Principal's Message
Welcome to Roxboro Elementary School and the 2025–2026 school year!
We are excited to begin a new year and are working hard as a staff to ensure our building is safe, welcoming, and ready for students. At Roxboro Elementary, we are committed to helping every child develop the skills they need to be successful. This year, we will continue our focus on our three core expectations: be safe, be respectful, and be responsible. These skills will be reinforced in the classroom and throughout our instructional units.
In addition, our teachers will integrate the Learner Dispositions from our SEL curriculum, Character Strong, to guide students in showing respect, responsibility, creativity, gratitude, empathy, perseverance, honesty, cooperation, courage, and knowledge.
We are fortunate to have such strong support from our families and our PTA. Your partnership is essential to making the elementary experience positive and successful for all. If you ever have a question or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Our website is just one way we share information. You can also:
- Follow us on Twitter @CHUHRoxEl for updates and celebrations of student learning.
- Read our weekly newsletter, The Scoop, emailed to all families with important updates and upcoming events.
- Connect with the PTA through weekly email reminders, their Facebook page, and their website at www.roxelpta.org.
If there is anything I can do to help you or your child, please call the school at (216) 371-7115 or email me at s_pulling@chuh.org. I am proud to serve the students and families of Roxboro Elementary and will do whatever it takes to help our students thrive.
Warmly,
Shelley Pulling
Principal
